What is the date and times of the show?

The Havering Tribute Fest takes place on Saturday 20th July 2019.

Gates open at 2pm.

The live music will start at 3pm.

The concert is due to finish at approximately 9:45pm.

The bar will close at 10:30pm.

Are there any age restrictions?

No. We want to encourage families to come to this event so children under 14 go free! However any children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there anything for kids to do?

Yes! This year we have added a great attraction for kids - a 'Silent disco' inside a new large marquee. Here they can listen to music and have their own party whilst mum and dad do their embarrasing dancing in the field!

There will also be a few children’s rides at the event, including bouncy castles. And a facepainter!

How do I get to the event?

We strongly recommend you either drive to the venue or get a lift/taxi. Although reasonably close to Upminster town centre, there are no bus routes that go near the site and the entrance is along a country road, which could be dangerous for pedestrians.

Is there car parking?

Yes! There is a large field, which we use for a carpark for the event. This will be manned by marshals throughout the event. Please ensure you stick to a 5mph speed whilst in the car park. Car parking is free. When leaving the site please be wary of turning onto Aveley Road.

Are dogs permitted at the event?

Yes! They must be kept on the lead though. Also as this is a live music concert, you can imagine it may get quite noisy! Therefore, for the sake of the dog’s ears please keep them away from the stage!

Can we bring alcohol into the event?

No. Due to the licensing terms and to health and safety, attendees at the event will not be permitted to bring alcohol purchased offsite into the event. This is standard practice for events like this.

There will be a bar onsite serving a range of alcoholic drinks and refreshments at very reasonable prices. All money raised on the bar will go to Havering Mind.

Can we bring our own food/picnic in?

Yes. However, no alcohol! There will be food vendor’s onsite aswell.

Can we bring pop up ‘camping chairs’ and blankets?

Yes. However, please be aware of the other people around you. It will be at your own risk for loss or damage.

Is there disabled access?

We have allocated a disabled space area, which is closer to the main entrance. Please be aware though that the event is taking place on a field - the ground is bumpy! Also given the weather conditions of that weekend it may be muddy. There are disablled access toilets onsite.

Can I use a debit/credit card at the event?

There will be a Chip & Pin machine at the bar area should you need to pay for drinks on card. However, we do advise people to bring cash in case the machine goes down!

Where’s my ticket?

E tickets are supplied via Eventbrite upon purchase this is your entrance ticket please print and bring to the event. Should you have not received this email please visit www.eventbrite.co.uk and click on the HELP tab

What shall I wear?

The Havering Tribute FEST is an outdoor music concert and takes place within the great green outdoors. We would suggest you dress appropriately for the occasion and the weather.

There will be toilets located in and around the arena. Disabled access toilets are on site and accessible throughout the event.
